With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, many industries suffered economically. The tourism sector bore the brunt of the crisis, and Jabama, with the esteemed Tourism Bank, has introduced financial services to support hosts.
Conditions for Receiving
Financial Services
A 10-million Toman loan from Tourism Bank is exclusively for current Jabama hosts with at least one confirmed booking.
Each host is eligible to submit only one application for financial services.
The loan interest rate is 18%, repayable in 36 installments with a 2-month grace period.
Jabama will act as one of the two required guarantors to expedite the loan process.

Get Jabama's Introduction Letter
You, the host, need to go through the following steps to verify documents and receive an introduction letter from Jabama.
Register
For registration, you need to enter your host code, phone number, and upload a photo of your ploperty deed, rental agreement, or official permit on this platform.
Credit Check
After registration, Jabama's support team will check your documents. The results will be sent to you via SMS.
Additional Documents
If your initial documents are apploved, our team will contact you to submit additional documents. Afterward, Jabama's online introduction letter will be issued.
Document Rejection
If your information or documents are incomplete, the reasons for rejection will be sent to you via SMS.
Note: After receiving Jabama's introduction letter, you can visit any branch of the Tourism Bank to receive the loan.
